Ampeg has unveiled a new preamp and DI box for bass players, combining everything you need to create the perfect sound. Compact and portable, the “SGT-DI” features advanced overdrive, a 3-band equalizer, versatile (вёрстл )Ultra-Hi and Ultra-Lo switches, a compressor, an Aux and headphone jack. But the highlight is Ampeg’s first Cab Simulator, which allows musicians to control every aspect of their bass guitar sound. The “SGT-DI” speaker simulator is loaded with three classic Ampeg factory cabinets that can be replaced with third-party cabinet impulses using the free IR Loader application. Kiesel has introduced a new series of electric and bass guitars with improved body shapes for a more comfortable playing experience. In Aries 2, the body was redesigned by smoothing and rounding the top and bottom edges, shortening the bottom horn, changing the heel of the neck by making a bevel, and additionally rounding the base. The bass series features a carbon-reinforced maple neck, double-ended truss rod, fingerboard ebony, Kiesel Premium tuners, Hipshot bridge, Kiesel Radium Humbuckers, and an 18V active-passive preamp with 2-band equalizer. Prices start at $1,549 for a guitar and $1,799 for a bass guitar. When ordering, you can choose the top wood, paint type, color, and regular or multi-scale version of the instrument.

Dani Filth revealed that Cradle Of Filth will be releasing a charity single with Ed Sheeran this summer. Last year, Dani hinted at the end of the work by posting a photo with the singer in a pub in Suffolk. In an interview with Filth, he also shared his impressions of working with a celebrity, noting that Sheeran arrived at the studio alone, without journalists, in a Cradle Of Filth sweatshirt and just went to work. He recorded his parts on acoustic guitar and now it remains only to record the bass and vocals. Sheeran previously collaborated with Bring Me The Horizon and is preparing to release a documentary series about his life on Disney+.

Linkin Park has shared an unreleased song “Healing Foot” from the Meteora era, which is soon celebrating its 20th anniversary. For the anniversary, the band is releasing a deluxe box set that includes previously unreleased tracks written during the album’s recording. The song “Healing Foot” was initially pitched to members of Marbleverse and later posted to YouTube. The album “Meteora” contains the hits “Numb” and “Somewhere I Belong”. In total, about 16 million copies have been sold worldwide. Machine Gun Kelly dedicated his song “Glass House” to Chester Bennington, who tragically passed away in 2017.
